ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Interstate Building Materials was established in September of 2014 with seven employees and initially only sold to contractors. Within three months, Interstate grew to fifteen employees and opened the doors to the public and DIY market. As of today, Interstates sales have grown tenfold. We employ over 40 team members and utilize twelve delivery trucks that service construction sites in North Louisiana and East Texas.

Kyle Martinez
Owner & President
Kyle leads contractor sales and management of Interstate. Kyle graduated from Zwolle High School in 2003, obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration from NSU in 2006, and his MBA from LSUS in 2009. Kyle is very active in our community having served as parish trustee for St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Zwolle, and board member for the Sabine Parish Chamber of Commerce, Sabine Parish Tourist Commission, and Sabine Young Professionals. Kyle has worked his entire life in the building materials industry and held every position from driver to president.

Joshua Garcie
Vice President
If you are needing help with paint, plumbing, or electrical, you will be hard pressed to find anyone more knowledgeable and caring than Vice President, Joshua Garcie. When walking in Interstate’s front door, Joshua will most likely be the one waiting to greet and assist you. He graduated from Zwolle High School.
